In search of a fair economic system

A long time ago man learned to live in communities looking for security from the dangers that surround him in the past.
Nowadays, it seems that decision has reversed its original meaning as insecurity (economic and physically) has become a seal of modern society.

Cavemen used a bone to defend themselves from enemies and beasts, not many differences from people having guns at home in an attempt to fight back organized or disorganized crime.

So, are we going backward in the civil organization? Maybe, having more security law enforcement costing lots of money from taxpayers instead of creating jobs or educational centers to diminish the social frustration that leads to crime is a synonym that something is going wrong in the way our leaders are taking the trouble in his hands.

Banks mutated from profits entities to insatiable empires that compromise a long range of citizen from common people to governments of all levels through unpayable long term loans.

Public politics were submitted to mean interests of worldwide corporations around the globe leaving common interests and benefits from locals behind.

What would be then the next step in human evolution for generations to come?

A fair economic system having a composition that has nothing to do with archaic obsolete ones like capitalism or communism.

Why I used these adjectives? You would ask just because the two of them had shown its ineffectiveness in wealth distribution through decades and different governments around the globe.
